Alright, so I got this idea the other day to try and remake a Yves Saint Laurent College bag. I’ve seen a few people talking about these bags online, and they’re pretty popular. I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” It seemed like a fun project, and I was curious to see if I could actually do it.
First, I spent hours looking at pictures of the bag online. I wanted to get every little detail right, you know? I checked out different websites and forums where people discuss these things. Some folks say the YSL bag is good to have, keeps its money’s worth and all that. I guess we’ll see.
Getting the Materials
Then, I went to a bunch of stores to find the materials. I needed good-quality leather, some sturdy fabric for the lining, and all the metal hardware, like the chain and the logo. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt, honestly. I ended up going to three different craft stores before I found everything I needed. This part took forever, let me tell you.
Putting It Together

I messed up a few times and had to redo some stitches. There were moments when I thought I’d bitten off more than I could chew.
